About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing attractive job postings, filling expert/manager positions, researching new recruitment sources, and implementing internal candidate pools and employer branding campaigns.



Job Description



  • Publish professional job postings that showcase our company culture and values.
  • Fully manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to hiring, ensuring timely and efficient results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and business leaders, to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective employer branding campaigns and social media content.
  • Participate in college career days, job fairs, and other events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and develop strategies to improve quality and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range


Based on industry standards and local market conditions, we estimate the annual gross salary for this position to be between EUR 44,220 and EUR 60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
