Executive Assistant for R&D Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Your role as an Executive Assistant at Dynatrace Austria GmbH involves supporting executive leaders within the organization and handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management
    • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the R&D leadership team to optimize time management.
    • Making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
    • Ensuring smooth processes at intersections of the different functional areas of the leaders.
    • Supporting by understanding overlaps in their projects and key areas.
  • Meetings & Project Assistance
    • Assist with structuring meetings, defining goals, and drafting agendas.
    • Support the leadership team with preparations for upcoming meetings by collecting, prioritizing, and preparing information/presentations.
    • Attend and assist the leadership team during meetings by capturing key discussion points, outcomes, and next steps to facilitate follow-up.
    • Act as a sparring partner for the leaders you support by exercising your own judgement about processes and ongoing projects to identify potential for improvement.
    • Initiate small projects as needed.
  • Travels & Expense Management
    • Proactively plan and organize business trips of the leadership team that you support, including offsite events, conferences, and key customer meetings.
    • Handle everything regarding expense tracking and management via the Concurex expense system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar assistant role.
  • Be tech-savvy and a fast learner when it comes to understanding and using different applications and tools.
  • Have project management focus in your education and/or previous positions.
  • Have high organizational skills and an independent way of working.
  • Be an extroverted, pro-active personality with a high sense of customer service orientation who enjoys taking on challenging tasks.
  • Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have high proficiency in English (written and spoken) and excellent German skills on a C2 level.

Compensation and rewards
