About the Role

Novartis Pharma GmbH is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the development of our brand strategy and drive business growth. This key role will be responsible for defining and executing marketing plans that align with our company's overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue
  • Leverage digital channels to maximize OCE impact in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze complex data to inform marketing decisions and forecast trends
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among team members
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences
  • At least 3 years' experience in matrix leadership within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is also beneficial)
