Job Overview

Magna is seeking a highly skilled OneStream Support Analyst to provide technical support and expertise for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the OneStream platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and/or technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues with the OneStream platform.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system, and ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the OneStream application, including user access, security settings, data integration, and system upgrades.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials to promote user adoption and maximize system utilization.
  • Participate in system testing, including regression testing, to ensure the stability and reliability of the OneStream application.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate environment.
  • Previous experience as a support analyst or similar role, preferably with exposure to implementing enterprise systems or tools.
  • Familiarity with EPM software systems, such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to perform basic data validation and reconciliation within various enterprise tools.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing satisfactory support and assistance to end-users.
