At Red Bull, we're committed to reducing our environmental footprint and driving innovation in sustainability. As a key member of our Global Research Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sustainability strategy and driving impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) on diverse materials and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage supplier requests and validate data with precision to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Conduct in-depth research on sustainability topics and regulatory frameworks to inform our strategy
  • Manage and support projects within the Global Research Team to drive progress towards our net-zero targets
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop solutions to drive business impact
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in sustainability and innovation management. Key qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in environment and bioresources management, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, technical chemistry, process engineering or a related field
  • 5 years experience in sustainability and/or innovation management
  • Proven experience in managing innovative sustainability projects in the FMCG or a related industry
  • Experience in conducting Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) and a holistic understanding of Operations/Supply Chain processes
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to take fact-based decisions
  • Natural curiosity with the ability to quickly identify important scientific questions
  • Scientific experience and/or publications in the related field are of strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills, open to learn with a pro-active and solution-focused way of working
  • English fluent is a MUST, German is of strong advantage

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum salary of EUR 2,605 gross per month, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
