Internship Credit Risk Modeling

Erste Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Internship Credit Risk Modeling expert. The role will involve analyzing and validating credit RWA calculations across all Erste Group entities, participating in various projects, and supporting the credit RWA control function.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysis and validation of credit RWA calculations according to Basel 4 regulations.
  • Participation in different projects related to credit risk management.
  • Support of the credit RWA control function within Erste Group.
Requirements
  • Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences with a background in mathematics, statistics, or economics.
  • Advanced IT knowledge including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds.
What We Offer

We offer an exciting part-time internship opportunity as of May 2025 until December 2025. This includes support for your professional and personal development in a dynamic and comprehensive area. You will also receive an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group.
