The B-1 division "Group Liquidity and Market Risk Management" is responsible for steering, measurement and controlling of liquidity and market risk of Erste Group, covering both banking book and trading book.In your role, you will be a key support to the Head of Division, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective meeting coordination within the division. We are looking to hire an assistant who brings a proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills, significantly contributing to the division's success.This position is a maternity leave replacement for a period of 24 months. Your Tasks * Provide independent support to the Head of Division in various administrative tasks, e.g. calendar and business travel management, correspondence and meeting coordination * Plan and organize internal events for the whole division, such as off-sites, workshops and gatherings * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and tracking of action items * Manage and monitor the division's line budgets, including invoice handling * Act as a contact person for the division's employees, assisting them with IT coordination, SAP time management, and the onboarding and offboarding of new employees Your Background * Several years of experience in an assistance, administration or a comparable role * Excellent knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications, SAP knowledge would be an advantage * Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive and trustworthy relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels * Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in German and English * Strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, reliability and a high level of discretion and confidentiality * A well-structured, independent, and proactive way of working, with a solution- and service-oriented focus Our Offer * Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group * The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.685,-- gross per year.
