We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional team in driving innovation and excellence.

About the Role:
  • Act as a key member of our Tribe Leadership, guiding teams to establish robust operations.
  • Develop and refine concepts for cross-border innovation and delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Foster an environment of open communication, teamwork, and continuous growth, addressing impediments proactively.
  • Enable teams to enhance autonomy, efficiency, and productivity, while coaching Product Owners in prioritization and planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Scrum Master in large international environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent people and communication skills to drive team setup and improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence to streamline processes.
  • Strong English language skills for effective collaboration.
