Head of Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee talent development and retention programs to ensure the company attracts and retains top talents globally.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles within the organization.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams across different regions to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in talent management or a related HR field in an international context and in leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Experience with international HR practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Fluency in English is required; German and any additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global operations.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position in Austria is 55,400.00 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
