Release Manager Role Overview

At Erste Group Bank, we're seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you'll be responsible for delivering professional release management services to our projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement release management strategies and plans based on project milestones and documentation
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release planning and management
* Manage requirements, their impact analysis, and estimation process to ensure smooth scoping
* Monitor requirements implementation and manage Go/No Go decision process prior to implementation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Hands-on experience with requirement and release management in BI chain/Datawarehouse area
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving approach and sense of ownership
