About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Venergi, a joint venture between Wien Energie and Ramboll. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of rail and truck infrastructure projects in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments and implement logistics feasibility studies
  • Supervise further logistics as necessary
  • Plan, execute, and monitor timelines, implement quality control, and report progress
  • Manage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and maintain effective communication
  • Coordinate project teams, manage budgets, and oversee procurement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, secure necessary permits, and adhere to standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and collaborate with project teams and authorities
  • Optimize rail infrastructure projects in terms of cost, efficiency, and environmental compatibility
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in rail and truck infrastructure projects. You should have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
