Hauptraumfelder- Strategischer Einkauf für E-Mobilitäts-Infrastruktur
- Organisatorische und kaufmännische Führung der Kategorie E-Mobilität
- End-2-end strategischer Einkauf (Datenanalyse, Ausschreibung, Verhandlung, Vertragsabschluss, Lieferantenmanagement)
- Proaktives Category-Management, insbesondere Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien im Einkauf und dessen Rollout in die Länder
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Bündelungsprojekten
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung des Reifegrads des Einkaufs in einem jungen Geschäftsfeld, sowie Unterstützung in weiterer Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Business-Partnering auf Augenhöhe für unsere Bedarfsträger insbesondere in der MOON Power GmbH und Bereichen der Porsche Holding Salzburg
- Umfeld-Beobachtung (Lieferant, Fachbereiche, Kunde) zur Ableitung wirtschaftlich sinnvoller Einkaufsaktivitäten (z.B. Bündelung, Innovation, Geschäftsfelderweiterung)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und / oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf (E-Mobilitäts-Infrastruktur Produkte / Dienstleistungen, Energie von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte Skills im strategischen Einkauf (Potenzialfindung, Prozessoptimierung, Markt-, Kosten- und Preisdatenanalyse, strategisches Verhandeln, Vertragsmanagement)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (Präsentationen, Verhandlungen, Reporting, sicheres/überzeugendes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick)
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie Sozialkompetenz
- Engagement und eigenständigen, pragmatischen Arbeitsstil, Hands-On-Mentalität
- Organisationstalent und Erfahrung in Daten- und Projektmanagement
- Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität
