Internship Opportunity in Risk Management and Model Development
Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in Risk Management and Model Development. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development and maintenance of credit risk models.
About the Role
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of credit risk models and decision models using statistical techniques.
- Support data preparation activities for model development, ensuring adequate data quality.
- Contribute to the further development of group-wide credit risk model development standards.
- Support the documentation of models for internal and regulatory approval.
About You
- Ongoing studies in natural or economic science with a focus on mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or banking and finance.
- Profound knowledge of applied statistics and experience in a statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Team-oriented with strong ability to cooperate.
