About the Role

Porsche Konstruktionen is seeking a highly skilled International Procurement Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement activities in the countries of the Porsche Holding Salzburg and utilizing SAP Ariba effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert support to procurement in the countries of the Porsche Holding Salzburg for all procurement activities and the targeted use of SAP Ariba.
  • Conducting training and e-learning sessions to further develop the procurement skills of our employees in the countries of the Porsche Holding Salzburg.
  • Collaborating with the development of modern communication solutions to connect the global procurement organization.
  • Conducting occasional country analyses on-site (approx. 10% travel).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful, business-oriented degree or a completed apprenticeship with relevant experience and further education in procurement (experience or further education particularly in the areas of strategic procurement, supply chain management, or country representation in a corporation is desirable).
  • Digital basic understanding or initial experience with procurement software (SAP Ariba is an advantage).
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (at least B2 level).
  • A respectful and appreciative attitude towards colleagues on the employee and management level, taking into account cultural differences.
  • Organizational skills (self-management and project management), independent and structured working style, healthy dose of self-confidence and assertiveness.
  • Quick grasp, networked and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to develop personally.
