Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Solutions Analyst to join our team at Doka GmbH in Austria. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the implementation of innovative data solutions within the company and directly influence process optimization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for PowerBI management, including regular manual updates of reports and close collaboration with various departments. You will also perform data analysis and reporting, analyzing internal projects to optimize product usage and develop best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage PowerBI reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Analyze internal projects to identify areas for improvement and develop best practices
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal department meetings and events
  • Manage travel arrangements for team members, including those working remotely
  • Perform various administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Technical experience with PowerBI, including manual updates and transition to live data
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to critically question requirements and proactively suggest improvements
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Demonstrate tact, professionalism, maturity, and respect in all dealings
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, a minimum of EUR 35,726 per annum on a full-time basis of 38.5 hours per week. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in an international team that fosters intercultural communication and global market insight.
