At UNIQA Insurance Group, we're looking for an ESG Sustainability Expert to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of sustainability, you'll help us make companies and assets fit for the future with our strategies and climate protection roadmaps.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with sound knowledge of ESG ratings, sustainability systems, and reporting frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing new processes, assessing corporate clients' ESG performance, and organizing training courses for ESG managers.

You'll work closely with our team to co-design ESG strategies and climate protection roadmaps, prepare CSR reports, and ensure fulfillment of reporting obligations. Your independent working style, ability to develop and successfully implement new processes, and basic knowledge of international legislation, funding, and market trends in the area of sustainability are essential qualities for this role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing innovative solutions, is flexible, and can independently familiarize themselves with new topics. Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus) is required. Understanding of economic interrelationships and the interactions between business processes is also an asset.

As an ESG Sustainability Expert at UNIQA, you'll have the opportunity to work on decarbonization roadmaps, implement ESG corporate guidelines in our subsidiaries, and assess corporate clients' ESG performance.
