German Language Expert for AI Development

We are seeking a skilled German language expert to collaborate with our team in developing and refining an artificial intelligence system.
Estimated Salary: $50-$70 per hourThis is a competitive hourly rate based on industry standards and the expertise required for this role.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for educating the AI model through high-quality feedback, analyzing its outputs, and identifying areas for improvement. They will work closely with our development team to ensure the AI's knowledge base is comprehensive, accurate, and unbiased.
The ideal candidate will have native proficiency in German, exceptional writing skills, and strong communication abilities. Previous experience in AI-related tasks or training models is a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities:- Educate the AI model by reviewing and analyzing its outputs, providing structured feedback to enhance its understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborate with our development team to refine the AI's knowledge base, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and unbiased.
- Work on complex problems, breaking them down into clear, step-by-step solutions to teach the AI effective reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in red-teaming exercises to assess the AI's performance, identify biases, and design tests to improve its reliability and accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by working collaboratively with our development team to integrate feedback and refine the AI system.
- Native Proficiency in German: Exceptional writing skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of German language and culture.
- Residency in Austria: Strong understanding of local language, culture, and context.
- Education: An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writing-intensive role (e.g., researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor) is preferred.
- AI Training Experience: While prior experience in AI-related tasks or training models is a plus, it is not mandatory.
