Job Title: Senior Lead Developer

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead Developer to lead our tech efforts and shape the future of financial decision-making. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and guide the company's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the continued full-stack development of our platform and products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Guide the company's technical direction in partnership with the CEO and product manager
  • Operate our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Build exciting, customer-focused features that drive the next wave of innovation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of Scala OR other JVM-based languages and willingness to learn Scala
  • Experience in frontend development using Vue.js (or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar)
  • Expertise in managing cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on GCP
  • Good command of SQL, ideally experience with Postgres
  • A team player who communicates clearly, listens well, and delivers efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy and flexibility
  • Proficiency in either German or English
