About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Business Partner SCM to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial evaluation standards for the Make-or-Buy Process, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal business outcomes.
- Create business plans and critically challenge assumptions to drive informed decision-making.
- Design and implement internal management reporting, KPI setup, and overall reporting setup, including tool development.
- Lead strategic planning, measure definition, and follow-up for supply chain initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide transparent financial and non-financial performance insights, supporting the PMO with financial expertise.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in controlling and/or supply chain management in an industrial environment.
- Strong analytical, value-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking, with independent and structured working methods.
- Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries, with fluency in spoken and written German and English, and additional foreign language skills an advantage.
- Intrinsic motivation, with the ability to drive change and implementation.

Compensation and Benefits
Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50,118, based on full-time employment. We offer a market-conform overpayment, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
