We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our New Verticals team, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with retail partners in the Austrian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive New Verticals growth in the Austrian market.
- Collaborate with our Country Management team and commercial organization to meet country-specific and regional growth targets for retail and New Verticals.
- Acquire and engage retail partners through customized marketing pitches and proposals.
- Participate in C-level merchant meetings and lead marketing discussions.
- Nurture marketing relationships with enterprise and other merchants to drive mutual growth.
- Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, and in-app activities.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for retail partners.
- Ensure integrated partnership campaigns align with holistic plans on a regional level.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail.
- Understanding of how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for business growth.
- Self-driven and comfortable taking decisions within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and experienced at making decisions based on data.
- Comfortable with a two-speed approach of balancing long-term and short-term objectives and planning.
- Experience in marketing project management and leading projects with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an international environment and operating part of a team based in different countries is an advantage.
- Open-minded, positive can-do attitude.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in Category Management and/or in the retail industry on the partner side is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German (C1+ or native speaker level).
