Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute SRE Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability.
- Lead the SRE Roadmap: Create, drive, and maintain the SRE roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with architects and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Internal Adoption and Reliability Transparency: Coordinate the internal usage of the Dynatrace product, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure our tools meet the highest standards of observability.
- 5+ years' hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment, with expertise in automation and tooling, capacity management, alert handling, incident response, on-call, post-mortem analysis, etc.
- 3+ years of experience leading a SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment.
- Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software, etc.
