ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG in Hard, Austria is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Maintenance & Software Rollout Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions across our global sites.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in IT environments, particularly with software solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning. The ideal candidate will have completed a technical degree or possess higher technical education with several years of professional experience.

Salary: Based on professional qualifications and experience, the estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and support of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
  • Leading the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems
  • Strategic planning and management of maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, as well as providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
  • Training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions, as well as developing and conducting technology-based training sessions
  • Analyzing and improving existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
  • Independently conducting maintenance audits at ALPLA plants
Requirements
  • Technical degree or higher technical education
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Extensive experience in IT environments, particularly with software solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning
  • Strong affinity for technology and passion for optimizing existing processes and technologies
  • Consistent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to travel for business
