Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, taking into account the company's location in Vorarlberg, Austria, and the seniority level required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement modern ERP-based maintenance solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning.
  • Lead the rollout of new software solutions across global sites, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems.
  • Strategically plan and manage maintenance projects at the corporate level, including the development of key performance indicators, optimization of maintenance processes and production infrastructure, and providing technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System.
  • Train and support employees in the use of new software solutions and develop technology-based training sessions.
  • Analyze and improve existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Conduct maintenance audits at ALPLA plants independently.
Requirements
  • You have completed a technical degree or possess higher technical education with several years of professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in IT environments, particularly with software solutions for spare parts management and maintenance planning, is essential.
  • You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for optimizing existing processes and technologies.
  • You consistently organize your work and ideally have experience in project management.
  • As a team player, you inspire others with your social and communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills and a willingness to travel for business are required.
