We are seeking a talented Marketing Activation Specialist to join our Brand Activation Team in Vienna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing and activation strategies, managing our iconic brands, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and activation plans to maximize sell-out and brand awareness
  • Manage seasonal product animations and customer events for multiple brands
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and risks in the cosmetics industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing and advertising materials
  • Present campaigns to retailers and ensure local customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and independent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
