About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Operations Specialist to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Design Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the design process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design processes, workflows, and guidelines that enable design practitioners to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic company goals into DesignOps initiatives.
  • Advocate for design and experience within Dynatrace, elevating the global design practice and encouraging best practices.
  • Interface with different roles and departments across the organization to ensure seamless product development.
  • Enable and support the cross-organizational product development team to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in the UX space, with 2+ years in DesignOps or Design Program Management.
  • Proven track record of rolling out changes in a large and complex organizational environment, providing measurable impact.
  • Solid knowledge of DesignOps practices, as well as UX methods.
  • Strong understanding of design and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with project management and documentation.
  • Experience working with remote and international teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
