We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team at Wiener Linien. As an ISO Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to security incidents, including penetration testing and security audits
- Collaborate with the CERT team and stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
- Design and implement secure network architectures and infrastructure
- Administer Active Directory and Exchange services for the Wiener Linien organization
- Document and track incidents and changes in our ticketing system
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support
Requirements
- Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
- Proven experience in IT security, network administration, and infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of network and system architecture, security protocols, and compliance regulations
