About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Governance and Compliance Expert to join our team in a Senior Leadership Position. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and building a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor. They will also have 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk, and compliance). In addition, they will have 3+ years of experience as a team lead, with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player with excellent collaboration and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation
The minimum salary for this position is €55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
