Salary & Benefits

The minimum on-target-earning for this role is EUR 50,000 gross per year. Our comprehensive compensation package includes an attractive base salary and a performance-based bonus, reflecting your qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As our Solution Consultant at Prewave GmbH, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop winning strategies for new clients.
  • Participating across the sales lifecycle by acquiring strategic accounts.
  • Illustrating Prewave's vision and value proposition to customers through expert storytelling.
  • Delivering workshops to showcase our solutions, highlighting return on investment scenarios, and demonstrating calculations.
  • Showcasing our product for both standard and tailored solutions to prospects and existing clients, managing demo environments, and improving data quality.
  • Assisting in the completion of prospect bids and tenders (RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs) and managing master documents for all RFIs.
  • Engaging with existing customers to gather information on their business and technical requirements, determine their needs, and architect suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or value selling positions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to independent work.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Active listening skills, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • A valid work permit for Austria.
  • Bonus points for experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments; ability to execute implementation plans; highly motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude; genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
