Head of Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Revenue Growth to drive our next phase of expansion. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales department and developing an effective channel strategy to fill the sales pipeline and expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and scaling the sales team to ensure revenue targets are met and ARR growth is achieved.
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to expand into new markets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Establishing and managing key partnerships to accelerate growth and market expansion.
- Executing sales strategies with a clear focus on results.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment. A proven track record of expanding revenue significantly, strong experience in scaling sales operations, and deep understanding of bootstrap strategies, ARR, and commercial execution are essential.
In addition to English, proficiency in German is required, with Italian being a plus. Based in/near Vienna or willing to relocate, the successful candidate will join a high-growth scale-up and play a key role in shaping its future.
