We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Finance Business Partner to join Rosewood Hotel Group. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and procurement operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assessing the financial performance of the hotel as well as identifying possible risks and investments.
  • Oversee all accounting and finance aspects of the hotel including month-end procedures, accounts receivable, cost control, income audit, cashiering, accounts payable, and general ledger in accordance with Rosewood's policies and procedures.
  • Continuously identify and develop areas for business improvement and motivate key stakeholders to actively engage in the process through analysis and planning.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the Finance team by providing guidance and support in maintaining high performance and engagement.
  • Show a sound understanding of the hotel operation paired with expert finance knowledge to provide valuable insights to support the leadership team in achieving maximum profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
