In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with establishing robust working relationships with our esteemed clients and assisting the sales team throughout the sales process while managing medium to large-scale complex projects. Your efforts will ensure that Hitachi Energy not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining the project plan and scoping financials to managing risks and scheduling regular updates with internal stakeholders. You will facilitate the formal acceptance of each project, leading to contract closure and sign-off by the client.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team with proposals for implementation services related to sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the successful and timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and installation.
- Identify and report additional business opportunities for consulting during existing engagements, such as training, site assessments, and further solution rollouts.
- Exhibit project management expertise to define, schedule, and plan the execution of implementation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or an acceptable equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the software sector.
- Significant experience in asset-intensive industries, particularly in power generation and transmission, utilities, rail transportation, mining, and public infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in strategic project management within a customer-focused consulting environment, particularly in providing enterprise software solutions.
- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.

(This position offers a minimum basic salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for employees in the electrical industry, starting from 4623.87 € gross per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is potential for additional compensation.)
