AOP Orphan is a pioneer in integrated therapies for rare diseases and critical care. We are seeking an International Market Access Manager to enhance our team in Vienna. In this role, you will lead international market access and stakeholder engagement initiatives, advising on pricing and reimbursement potential and market access needs of new assets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the European HEOR and market access strategy for assigned products, collaborating with global brand teams, and providing input to launch planning and lifecycle management. You will also assess pricing and reimbursement potential of new opportunities and ensure evidence generation plans support market access needs. As an internal consultant, you will provide guidance on pricing and reimbursement/HTA regulations and health policy trends. You will work closely with the AOP pricing manager and country teams to facilitate and consolidate country input to regional and global strategy development. To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, and at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in HEOR or market access. You must have a thorough understanding of pricing and reimbursement mechanisms across Europe and be fluent in English.
