Job Title: International Market Access Manager

AOP Orphan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Market Access Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our global market access team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies for our products across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market access strategies for assigned products in Europe
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market access strategies with commercial and medical functions
  • Provide input to launch planning and lifecycle management, and actively support country HTA submissions and price negotiations
  • Assess pricing and reimbursement potential of new opportunities in assigned therapeutic areas and ensure evidence generation plans support market access needs in AOP's territory
  • Act as internal consultant to HQ and country teams regarding pricing and reimbursement/HTA regulations and health policy trends
Requirements:
  • University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
  • Min. 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in HEOR or Market access field
  • Must have thorough understanding of pricing and reimbursement mechanisms across Europe
  • Self-motivating personality with willingness to learn, can-do attitude and hands-on approach
  • High-level project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
