Your Mission
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing initiatives across various channels (both digital and traditional) aimed at enhancing lead generation, acquiring customers, and driving revenue growth, while ensuring alignment with the overarching business goals.
  • Manage and refine digital marketing avenues, such as pay-per-click advertising, email outreach, social media promotions, search engine optimization, and marketing automation, leveraging data analytics to optimize return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to attract potential clients, crafting marketing automation workflows that effectively guide leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to conduct email marketing campaigns, oversee lead management processes, and execute account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams (sales, product innovation, operations, external partners) to create compelling content, including visuals and videos, that enhances the success of marketing campaigns.
Your Profile
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B software as a service.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills with a focus on results.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Databox).
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management, and content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, MailChimp, Webflow).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, media buying, email marketing).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional language proficiency is a plus).
