- Utilize marketing automation tools to conduct email marketing campaigns, oversee lead management processes, and execute account-based marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams (sales, product innovation, operations, external partners) to create compelling content, including visuals and videos, that enhances the success of marketing campaigns.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B software as a service.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills with a focus on results.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Databox).
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management, and content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, MailChimp, Webflow).
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, media buying, email marketing).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Creative thinking with the ability to introduce innovative ideas into marketing strategies and campaigns.
- A proactive attitude with a proven history of executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
