As a Senior Researcher, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing research initiatives that promote quality health and nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research funding applications for national and international grants.
  • Lead and coordinate ongoing research projects, ensuring successful collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Nurture corporate partnerships and conduct contract research to drive innovation.
  • Publish scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing your expertise and contributions.
  • Plan and initiate third-mission activities, promoting knowledge transfer and exchange.
  • Support the research center's management in external representation and internal reporting within the university.
  • Teach duties around 4 hours per week, sharing your knowledge with students.
Requirements
  • Completed higher education (PhD preferred) in Nursing Science, Health Science, or Public Health.
  • Completed training in health and nursing care, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proven track record in securing third-party funding and managing research projects.
  • Multiple first and co-authorships in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Excellent English language skills and German language skills at C1 level.
  • High resilience, teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and initiative.
