As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic content plans across our digital channels to maximize the growth and engagement of our global dance audience.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy: Define content needs and strategy for our digital channels to achieve our dance playground communication objectives.
- Analytical Decision Making: Work closely with the analytics team to translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming and content.
- Content Planning: Provide recommendations for optimizing upcoming content plans based on insights and media landscape learnings.
- Country Support: Establish strong collaboration with different Red Bull countries, considering and understanding local needs.
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy/content programming or social media
- Excellent knowledge of social and digital media, including paid activation planning
- Passion for the world of Red Bull and knowledge on dance topics
- Superior project management skills, strong understanding of content performance, and ability to translate data into practical recommendations
- Well-organized team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; multi-language skills a plus
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,818.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
