At ams OSRAM AG, a global leader in innovative light and sensor solutions, we are seeking an experienced Labor Law Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound cross-border activities for employees from other entities, including assignments, postings, and necessary documents for visa applications. They will also serve as the local human rights coordinator, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound cross-border activities for employees from other entities, including assignments, postings, and necessary documents for visa applications
  • Serving as the local human rights coordinator, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Responsibility for HR-topics in audits and M&A projects
  • Preparation of European works council documents and organization of quarterly works council meetings
  • Alignment with works councils, including negotiation of works council agreements
  • Preparation, organization, and presentation of labor law trainings
  • Regularly checking and implementing labor law changes and providing legal advice on labor law topics

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes excellent communication skills in both English and German, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Required qualifications include:

  • Successfully completed studies in law
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the labor law area
  • Taking ownership and ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Teamplayer and flexibility
  • Intercultural competencies
