Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Management Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our Digital Content team in administrative and project-related tasks, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital content management initiatives.


About the Role


This is a temporary / part-time position (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) for a minimum of 12 months. The ideal candidate will be a student from the field of Media & Communications, Marketing, International Business Management/Business Administration or similar.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive support to the Digital Content team in administrative and project-related tasks.
  • Assist in the collection, clean-up and visualization of content-related data from various sources, including internal databases and Excel sheets.
  • Support the coordination, curation and review of highly important content assets, such as product catalogues, with regard to our branding and writing guidelines.
  • Support communication and promotion activities to promote our content assets across different channels, including the creation of newsletters, blog posts, emails, visuals and banners.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A highly structured working style, enabling you to master multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Fundamental skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign) and Atlassian software (Jira & Confluence).
  • Experience in content creation, marketing communications and project management.
  • Creativity, adaptability and an eye for detail.
  • First experience in proof-reading and quality gating of documents according to provided guidelines.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German as a plus.
