Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Wien. As a key member of our Compression Division, you will collaborate with the Head of Quality to set supplier standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Your Mission

As a Global Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving supplier quality performance for new product introductions and ongoing improvements
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with APQP and PPAP processes, meeting customer-defined specifications and standards
  • Conducting supplier audits and site visits to evaluate processes and implement improvements
  • Developing and implementing zero-failure concepts, ensuring reliable and efficient supplier processes
  • Facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues
  • Leading the creation of global quality standards, systems, and guidelines to foster consistency and excellence
What You Should Be Good At

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in supplier quality management, with hands-on experience in audits, quality methods, and compliance
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading global initiatives in supplier quality
  • Team-building and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to network across cultures and levels
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with SAP Quality modules and other quality tools
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to 30%)
  • A degree in Quality Management or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality development
Salary and Benefits

The gross monthly salary starts at EUR 3,600,- (adjusted for qualifications and experience).
