About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the GTM strategy, its assets, and its execution. You will focus on the latest and greatest improvements of our Application Security solution, understanding the Application Security market and competitive dynamics, and driving our competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy, including asset creation and execution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Application Security, including CNAPP, CDR, and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and Dynatrace One, to ensure impactful product and capability launches
  • Engage with internal and external users, customers, and analysts to validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle
  • Lead and support the development of the Dynatrace values and culture, inspiring and empowering through mentorship and coaching
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, Go-To-Market, or product marketing for a product for IT teams in large enterprises
  • Strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in the field of Application Security/Cloud Security/Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response
  • Experience in market and competitive analysis and positioning, especially in the security and observability space
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills, with the ability to drive initiatives in dynamic work environments
