Product Owner (w/m/d) CRM Salesforce

As a Product Owner at Porsche Konstruktionen, you will be responsible for the project management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our CRM solution, aligning with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CRM system and its capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system meets their needs and expectations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM system
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a related field, supplemented by practical experience in CRM, preferably with a focus on Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in CRM project management
  • Structured approach and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage in intense knowledge exchange
  • Creativity and innovation skills to develop new solutions
  • Excellent German and English language skills
