Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Owner CRM Salesforce, der unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickeln und unsere CRM-Prozesse optimieren möchte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement im Bereich Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Selbstständige Konzeption, Abwicklung und Koordination von CRM-Projekten
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen, Porsche Holding Ländern und externen Partnern
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender CRM-Prozesse und Produkte
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Synergieeffekten im Umgang mit Kundenstammdaten
Anforderungen
  • Studienabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich, ergänzt durch praktische Erfahrungen im CRM Bereich - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Salesforce
  • Projektmanagementkompetenz und Planungsfähigkeit, idealerweise im CRM-Bereich
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lösungsorientierung
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Teamarbeit und intensiven Wissensaustausch
  • Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit zur Entwicklung neuer Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
