**Job Description**

Funding is a crucial element in driving innovation forward. As a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager Funding, you will be at the forefront of securing funding for groundbreaking collaborative R&D projects.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Power and Sensor Systems Division (PSS) into new realms of possibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a comparable field, completed technical studies at least at the master's level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Physics, and a proven track record in identifying current scientific trends in industrial research.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the European funding mechanisms and the European cooperation network, as well as experience in preparation and coordination of funding projects. Fluency in both spoken and written English and German is essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and guide projects on strategic topics internationally, ensuring that our innovation roadmap aligns with the broader industry landscape.
  • Showcase our funding projects on international stages by presenting them at conferences and other events, solidifying our position as a global innovation leader.
  • Exercise meticulous control over ongoing funding projects in collaboration with our Finance team, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
