Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Specialist for our Finance division located in Vienna, Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of transfer pricing compliance reports, including the preparation of master files and local files, while adhering to local regulations and submission deadlines.
- Manage and review benchmarking studies conducted by external advisors for related party transactions, ensuring their relevance for transfer pricing documentation.
- Provide necessary information to international tax advisors for the preparation of foreign transfer pricing reports.
- Conduct detailed reviews of actual and projected cost allocations to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Offer guidance and support to various internal stakeholders regarding the implementation of intercompany transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and draft new intercompany agreements as required.
- Review the Benefit Test analysis on an annual basis.
- Annually assess the Global Transfer Pricing Policy.
- Assist in international tax audits as needed.
- Implement future transfer pricing reporting requirements.
- Identify and execute process enhancements within the transfer pricing domain, including improvements to existing reporting tools and intercompany transaction matrices, as well as the identification of additional automation initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing within a comparable industry.
- Experience working in international tax roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing and international tax principles.
- Excellent research and writing capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information and construct persuasive arguments.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, GlobalDoc, and Hyperion.
