About the Role:If you seek a position with variety, this is it. As a Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities will include ensuring the appropriate quantity of goods as planned by the Sales department:
- Short-Term Perspective - Demand Planning: Guaranteeing the availability of the correct quantity of products at the right time, within budget, based on effective inventory management.
- Long-Term Perspective (S&OP Planning): Ensuring the availability of production capacities, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
- The gross annual salary for this position aligns with the collective agreement, with an attractive overpayment based on qualifications and professional experience.
As a process facilitator at the intersection of marketing, sales, and goods procurement or logistics, you will actively coordinate the seamless internal supply chain process and its enhancement.
This includes:
- Developing and regularly updating short-term and long-term plans for selected categories in Austria and Switzerland.
- Proactive long-term planning based on accurate inventory management.
- Active management of contingents/quotas from planning to delivery.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for selected clients in Austria and Switzerland.
- Analysis of sales data (gap analysis) concerning various key performance indicators.
- A completed university degree, ideally focused on controlling and/or supply chain management or equivalent qualifications.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and data.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP (APO) and SAP (BW) is advantageous.
- Professional experience in controlling, business analysis, and/or sales/demand planning is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural setting.
