About the Role:

Avery Dennison is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team, responsible for planning and managing successful implementation projects for our rapidly-growing customer base. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will be responsible for breaking down deliveries into structured work packages and timelines, including planning necessary on-site travel and aligning plans with customers and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Plan the delivery of customer initiatives, including estimates for professional service efforts and costs.

  • Customer Communication: Serve as a single point of contact and driving force for communication with customers and stakeholders.

  • Work Breakdown and Timelines: Generate work breakdown structures and timelines, aligning them with the Delivery Team Lead and the customer (including on-site operations and travel if needed).

  • Project Execution: Manage the main execution phases of delivery projects, including Discovery/Initialization, Solution Design, Implementation, Commissioning, SIT, UAT, Handover to customer and support/Closure.

  • Accountability: Be accountable for timelines, costs, and quality.

  • Handover: Manage the handover of customer initiatives to the atma.io support team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the atma.io Product and Engineering teams for the development of new features and functionalities if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in technical consulting and system integration project management for enterprise and SME accounts; customer-facing experience is a must.

  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience in delivering multi-faceted solutions and driving successful global roll-outs.

  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work across different cultures, time zones, and industries.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel (20-30%).

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Passion for Quality: Passionate, commitment to quality and success.

  • Technical Understanding: Able to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds.

  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
