Quality Assurance Manager

We are Dedalus HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare software solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Vienna.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing strategies and improve the delivery process.
- Manage resources and distribute workload across various teams to meet key testing benchmarks and adhere to project timelines.
- Continuously improve our delivery process by promoting a DevOps culture.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Playwright, Storybook, JUnit, Contract testing, and TestComplete.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with Kubernetes and either Azure or AWS cloud is beneficial.
- Strong team player with a passion for software and a hands-on attitude.

- Competitive salary of €60,000 gross per year, according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria.
