Software Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal customers to address quality issues for software products.
  • Initiate and monitor continuous improvement of processes and organizational development.
  • Support the organization in root cause analysis and solution development.
  • Prepare and moderate Quality Round Tables in software business units.
  • Implement regular internal quality audits for processes and product development projects.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvements of software products.
  • Support process and product releases (quality gate reviews).

Required Profile:

  • Completed education in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, environmental systems science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative software products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at eye level.
  • Committed and persistent personality with a precise and proactive work style.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English.

Compensation: The annual gross remuneration for this position is based on the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. Market-conforming payment will be offered considering qualifications and experience.
