TEAM OVERVIEW

The SAP Business Technology sales division is dedicated to empowering clients and partners to achieve agility, generate business value, and stimulate ongoing innovation through the integration, utilization of data, and extensibility of SAP and third-party applications. As a solution-oriented sales team, we engage with our valued customers daily, exploring innovative technology applications and digital transformation projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing inquiries from various stakeholders, including the sales community, and aid in the preparation of presentations for customers and partners.
  • Address operational challenges using unified ticketing systems and similar tools.
  • Keep customer data current in our CRM platform.
  • Participate in demand generation initiatives such as pipeline meetings, analyzing pipelines, and conducting evaluations of wins and losses through methods like outreach and cold calling.
  • Support proactive outbound marketing campaigns and follow up on incoming leads to nurture and convert them into valuable business opportunities.
  • Create engaging video content, manage social media communications (LinkedIn), and execute written communications with customers, partners, and SAP BTP teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate the Customer Evolution Move journey to the Cloud for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing advanced studies at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor's or Master's level).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and basic SAP knowledge.
  • Exhibits soft skills such as teamwork, initiative, independence, creativity, goal orientation, and a strong desire to learn about new technologies.
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and readiness to undertake operational tasks.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in SAP BTP and its team, serving as a gateway into the field of enterprise sales. From the outset, you will play a vital role in enhancing the success of our customers and partners through SAP's strategic technological solutions.

As a reputable employer, we offer a competitive salary based on the current collective agreement for employees in the IT services sector, starting at a minimum of 1700€ gross per month for full-time roles, along with a range of additional benefits.
