ABOUT THE TEAM

The SAP Business Technology sales division is dedicated to empowering clients and partners to achieve agility, drive business value, and promote ongoing innovation through the integration, data utilization, and extensibility of SAP and third-party applications. As a solution-oriented sales team, we engage with our valued customers daily, exploring innovative technology applications and digital transformation initiatives.

THE ROLE

  • Assist with basic inquiries from various stakeholders, including the sales community, and help prepare presentations for customers and partners.
  • Address operational challenges using unified ticketing systems and similar tools.
  • Keep customer data current in our CRM platform.
  • Participate in demand generation activities such as pipeline meetings, creating and analyzing sales pipelines, and conducting win/loss evaluations through methods like outreach and cold calling.
  • Support proactive outbound campaigns and follow up on incoming marketing leads to nurture and convert them into valuable business opportunities.
  • Produce videos, engage in social media communication (LinkedIn), and execute written communications with customers, partners, and SAP BTP teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate the Customer Evolution Move journey to the Cloud for our clients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in advanced studies at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Skilled in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP fundamentals.
  • Exhibits soft skills such as teamwork, proactiveness, independence, creativity, goal orientation, and a desire to learn and understand new technologies.
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and readiness to undertake operational tasks.

As a reputable employer, we offer a competitive salary based on the current collective agreement for employees in the IT services sector, starting at a minimum of 1700€ gross per month for full-time positions, along with a range of additional benefits.
